You may not: copy or redistribute the app; reverse engineer or extract source code; modify or create derivative works; sell, sublicense, or rent the app; or use it in violation of any applicable law. Your use must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
These Terms are between you and Intellorix LLC, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the application, its content, maintenance, support, or warranty obligations. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction. Parents and guardians are responsible for minor users.
BibleProfiles provides a structured learning platform for biblical figures, scripture references, quizzes, and study tools. Content is for educational and informational purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free content. The Service does not replace theological study, pastoral guidance, or academic research.
Some features require authentication. You are responsible for your credentials. You agree not to impersonate others, engage in fraud, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.
Bible Profiles Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly at $5.99; annual at $29.99) processed through Apple's App Store.
Intellorix LLC does not store or process payment information.
You agree not to violate any law, distribute malware, harass others, attempt to disrupt the Service, or scrape content from the platform. Violations may result in account termination.
All content — application design, software code, databases, quiz systems, graphics, and educational content — is owned by Intellorix LLC or licensed to it. You may not reproduce or distribute content without written permission. Scripture translations remain property of their respective copyright holders.
You retain ownership of any content you submit (notes, journals). By submitting content you grant us a limited license to store, display, process, and transmit it solely to operate the Service.
We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Intellorix LLC is not liable for service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits. If liability is found, it shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
You agree to defend and indemnify Intellorix LLC against claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Delaware.
