Intellorix LLC grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service, for personal non-commercial purposes only.
You may not: copy or redistribute the Application; modify or create derivative works; reverse engineer or extract source code; rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application; or use it for unlawful purposes.
The Application and all related intellectual property are owned by Intellorix LLC or its licensors. The Application is licensed, not sold. This EULA grants no ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Intellorix LLC.
Intellorix LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services. Support inquiries: intellorix@gmail.com.
Intellorix LLC may release updates, patches, or new versions. Some updates may be required to continue using the Application. Updates may improve functionality, fix bugs, or introduce new features.
Certain features require a paid subscription processed through Apple's App Store billing system.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Application, attempt unauthorized access to servers, use automated tools to extract content, or exploit the Application in ways that harm the platform or other users.
The Application may reference third-party materials including Bible translations and historical sources. Such materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intellorix LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Intellorix LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the Application, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Delaware.
Intellorix LLC may update this EULA. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
